EXCLUSIVE NEW FLY-IN LOCATION BOOKING NOW FOR SUMMER 2018
The opening of the Ocean House in May 2018 will reveal a newly designed 12-room fly-in lodge which will be anchored off the rugged, unprotected and naturally spectacular coast of Haida Gwaii in Peel Inlet, British Columbia.
The lodge design has been completed by Haida designer Gina Mae Schubert, transforming it into a unique location that reflects the cultural values and elements of the Haida people. The unique experience of the lodge is enhanced by the opportunity to unwind and de-stress in beautiful natural surroundings—whether that is kayaking through gentle waterways, or being pampered in the resort’s own spa and relaxation area.
Ocean House offers three-, four and seven-night packages which all highlight the best of Haida Gwaii: scenic float plane rides enroute to picnic lunches served on the shores of alpine lakes; a chance to observe the craft of in-residence Haida artists; private forest and nature treks with cultural interpreters; visiting ancient Haida village sites in Gwaii Haanas and exploring the culture through storytelling, plus much more.
As an introductory offer guests booking prior to August 31, 2017 will be eligible for a savings of $500 per person, including flights.
The lodge can only accommodate up to 24 guests, which makes this offer highly appealing to those looking to experience culture, wilderness and luxury in an amazing setting.
